How long does a Past Life Regression Therapy and Introspective Hypnosis Session take?
Bothe session take about 3 hours, but it can be a little more and consists of three parts.
- A 45 minute interview
- Hypnosis session (video recorded)
- Post-session talk
How many session do I need?
One session is usually enough for quite a while. It takes time to integrate the healing and understand the information received in the session. It is important to understand that we are like an onion and we have many layers to heal and release, it will never be all done in one session, however my intention is to help you the very best way that I can and go as deep as you are willing to release and heal the most ingrained and painful events in your life.
However, if you do feel you would like more information or more healing after 6 months, please feel free to book another session. Get in touch with me for a discounted rate.
Can I get stuck in hypnosis?
It's no more possible to get stuck in hypnosis than to get stuck in a daydream. Most people are not aware that they actually go into a self-hypnotic state throughout the day, every day. The trance-like feelings are similar to what you experience while working on your computer, driving, reading a book, watching TV or a movie, or daydreaming. These are all states of trance characterized by focused attention. You'll be able to hear everything around you, but the sounds will not bother you, similar to how we tend to tune out office noises, the sound of crickets on a warm night, or planes flying overhead, they just become part of the background. Each person's experience is unique.
Will I loose control of what I say or do in the session?
Your Higher Self/Subconscious will always have your best interests at heart and protect you at all costs. There is nothing that you will experience that you cannot handle. Everything that you are shown and given is for your highest good and will help you with what you are asking in the session. It's important to understand that I cannot do anything against your will, nor would I do anything that is not in your best interest. Your conscious mind is a powerful gatekeeper and protector. It's job is all about this life only.
However, you may feel emotional during the session as you reconnect with experiences your soul needs to revisit. By reliving these experiences in this life or past life and being open to the emotions of that event, the soul can heal and free itself from that experience. So it is important that you allow yourself to be as open as you can to express yourself freely without holding back.
During the interview part, we will get to know each other. This is your opportunity to ask me anything that concerns you. It is very important that you feel you can trust me for your session to be successful.
What does it feel like to be in a PLR Therapy regression?
In a PLR trance state, you will start by feeling relaxed and at peace. Your body will be in a beautiful, restful state, and your mind will slow down, like you don't have a care in the world. As you listen to my instructions, you will start to remember a previous life. You will use all your senses, just like in your day-to-day life. Hearing, feeling, smelling, and just knowing within. Trust the process and know that whatever you will see will make sense to you at the end of the session. If there are difficult events in the past life, we work through them to heal and detach the event. Remember to heal you must feel.
Most people will also remember a lot of what they saw during the session, but just like a dream, it will fade with time. That's why I give you an video recording of the session, so you can see and hear the whole experience, and you will be surprised to find out what you can't remember. The soul continues to heal days, weeks and even months after your session.
What does it feel like to be in a Introspective Hypnosis regression?
You will start by feeling relaxed and at peace. Your body will be in a beautiful, restful state, and your mind will slow down, like you don't have a care in the world. We will then look for emotional and sad memories that your soul needs to heal, so it is an emotional experience. You may experience anger, sadness, fear and more. Remember in order to heal, one must feel! These memories may move into past lives and we will work through wherever your soul takes you. Have total trust in the process and you will get the best results.
You may remember a lot of the session or very little. The important thing is that we did some healing and received information so you can move forward in your life with more joy and inner peace. I will give you an video recording of the session, so you can see and hear the whole experience, and you will be surprised to find out what you can't remember. How is Past Life Regression Therapy different to QHHT?
Even though I am trained in QHHT, I prefer to call my sessions Past Life Regression Therapy session. This way I can combine the many techniques I have learned additionally to assist you in the best way possible. In QHHT, the practitioner cannot use other techniques nor do sessions online. (Spirits and attached entities are never addressed).
In QHHT you will bring a number of questions, in my PLR interview I prefer to talk with you and get to know you, so together we can decide what you would like to work on. You can still have questions, but the main goal is to work through any issues that are holding you back from past lives and then move into the spirit realm to get your answers.
In QHHT you are only focused on the higher self for answers. In PLR Therapy sessions I will work with your belief system and ask advice from spirit guides, angels, ascended master and loved ones. When we encounter lost souls, thought forms or other blockages, we work together to release them. Issues with spirits, family members and friends are addressed in the session too.
I don't know if I can be hypnotised?
Hypnosis is a completely natural state. We all do this unknowingly, many times a day. Our most familiar experience with daydreaming is that you also enter other trance states when you mediate or exercise, more like meditation in motion.
The only person who can hypnotize you is you! I can show you how to enter a gentle hypnotic trans, because I have done this many times with my clients. Your only job is to respond and be the subject. Being open to a very beautiful and enjoyable experience without expectations of any kind is the key here. It is a very simple relaxation exercise that lets your conscious mind rest so that we can tap into the unconscious part of your mind.
It's important to understand that I cannot do anything against your will, nor would I do anything that is not in your best interest. Your conscious mind is a powerful gatekeeper and protector. It's job is all about this life only. And if you have any fears or control issues, they can get in the way of letting go. QHHT is a gateway to all things spiritual and eternal. It really does open that door, but you can't force it. Forcing things or hypnosis will create a state of resistance, so seeing this as a relaxed exploration of yourself is the best way to approach it.
It is helpful if you meditate regularly, practice stillness, and listen to a 'you tube' past life regression to practice with first. You will get better at it the more you practice. I do recommend this for anyone scheduled for a QHHT session.

Does it matter if I don't believe in Past Lives!
No, it's not required to have a successful session. When it comes to what is defined as a 'past life', it doesn't matter if it is your imagination creating a story, analogy, or metaphor or recalling an 'actual' event. What is important is that it helps you in a way that is insightful. Your soul will take you to where you need to heal during your session.
Who records the Session?
I will record the session for you and then send you a link where you can download the video file.
Can I bring a relative or friend to my session?
I am sorry, but we do not allow anyone but you and I to be in the session. This is a deeply personal experience, and you must be able to trust yourself completely in the process and be able to express yourself freely without anyone else listening in.
If you have a friend or relative driving you to the session, your friend or relative can enjoy walking on the many beautiful walks around the property or just relax in the guest area until you are finished.
Are there different payment options?
A deposit of 50% is needed to be able to confirm your appointment for a QHHT session, the rest of the payment is due 48 hours before the day of the appointment. You can also pay the full amount right away if you wish. Payment is taken as a direct deposit into the bank account.
However, if you would like to pay in regular, smaller payments, then please contact me about what payment plan is best for you. The full amount must be paid before the appointment.
I have booked my appointment! How should I prepare?
Once you have made an appointment, I will send you the required documents and help you prepare. Now all you have to do is set your intention for your session and believe that you will be divinely guided to receive all the information you have asked for.

List of Questions
Write down your list of questions. Ask anything that is in your heart. This is your opportunity to receive the answers you've always wanted.
No alcohol or drugs
Refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages or recreational drugs 72 hours before the session.
Bring a snack & eat well
Eat well before you arrive for the session, and bring a snack for yourself to have before or after the hypnosis part of the session.
Be Comfortable
Wear loose-fitting and comfortable clothes for the session.
Relax
Meditation and relaxation helps empty your mind. Before the session do something that you find calming. Go for a walk, read a book!
Trust
Trust that all will be for your highest good, without expectation of the outcome.
