WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS WORKSHOP:

• Comfortable clothes
• You will mostly be sitting in chairs, however there may be room to lie on a yoga mat if you like.
• You may like to bring a blanket, pillow & eye cover
• Paper & pen, so you can write down what you see.
• An open heart and mind without any set expectations.
• Please try to avoid caffeine or any stimulants the morning of the session and alcohol the night before for best results.
• Trust whatever comes to mind during the session, don't question it. Go with whatever pops into your mind even if it feels like you are making it up.
• Have fun and enjoy the experience.
