Life has challenges for everyone ; these often leave a deep mark on us, and we carry them around like luggage, completely unaware. As we get older, this luggage does get heavier with each painful event. It often gets to the point where the despair is so great that you don't know what to do. I have been there, and I know the pain. .......
I have also healed this pain within myself by learning to release deeply held emotions and forgive those who have hurt me. This is what I offer in your emotional release session.
"YOU CAN ONLY HEAL WHAT YOU FEEL . "
You will need to be brave and feel your emotions fully as you recall different life events within your mind. You will be in a light trance so that your unconscious mind can find the events that need healing.
It is often a helpful to follow this Emotional Healing Session up with Introspective Hypnosis, where you will go even deeper to heal your trauma. I do use similar tools in this session ; however, it is a more gentle approach for those who feel past lives, energy attachments, and regression to the womb is too overwhelming or not their kind of thing.
An open mind will help you progress your healing much faster as you remember that you are a beautiful divine soul.
Repressed emotions
We all carry repressed emotions. Our conscious mind protects us from our deep emotional wounds by burying them deep inside us. Unfortunately this doesn't help, because we are still influenced by these deeply repressed emotion and wounds every day of our lives. It influences the way we perceive the world and how we act.
When these wounds are long enough suppressed they can show up in our body as pain & illness. Or we feel ongoing sadness, depression, fears, phobias, relationship issues. Often addictions are our coping mechanism to escape from the painful reality of suppressed pain and helplessness.

The step before Introspective Hypnosis?
Introspective hypnosis is for anyone who is ready to look within themselves to find the cause of what they wish to heal. It is an emotional journey and you will have to relive some painful events to heal them.
